CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Your use of your credit card number to apply the deposit and/or final payment indicates your acceptance of and compliance of these booking Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate credit card slip.
INSURANCE
KE strongly recommends the purchase of an all-inclusive holiday insurance package (trip cancellation and interruption insurance closed).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, CHANGES AND CANCELLATION FEES
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT “PAYMENT SCHEDULE”
- At time of reservation: $500 US per person.
- 90 Days prior to departure: Remaining Balance.
Deposit and remaining balance must be paid by credit card on the payment schedule outlined above
CHANGE FEES
If you wish to make a change to a confirmed trek, KE reserves the right to charge a fee of $100 US per person. KE cannot guarantee that a requested change can be made.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees will apply as outlined below:
All cancellation fees indicated are per person in US funds. Cancellation of a reservation will only be taken into consideration once noticed is received in writing at KE.
If you cancel your reservation, cancellation fees will be as follows:
- $500 US – 90 days or more prior to departure.
- Remaining Balance – 89 days or less prior to departure.
Cancellation fees are liquidated damages, incurred by KE for prepayments made by KE and for administrative costs involved in processing a cancellation.
