We proudly offer you two Kilimanjaro packages, carefully created to ensure your safety and comfort.
Kiliwarrior Expeditions is famous for it’s quality and service, and all our packages include your breakfast, hotel accommodations (2 nights prior and 1 night post climb), and the services of a team of highly trained guides and porters, who have been working with us for many years.
Our highly trained chefs can cater to all dietary requirements
including allergies, religious restrictions, vegans, and vegetarians.
All our food is cooked fresh and we resupply our food every 2 days to ensure that you are eating healthy during the whole climb.
Our climbing team carries and has been trained to use our emergency safety equipment
consisting of a Pulse Oximeter, Oxygen Cylinder, Hyperbaric Chamber and Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
STANDARD PACKAGE
- Transfers from and to Kilimanjaro Airport and the hotel.
- Two nights (double occupancy) at a Premium Hotel prior to the beginning of the climb. One night (double occupancy) subsequent to climb. Breakfast buffet included.
- Transfers from and to the hotel and the Kilimanjaro park entrance.
- Park entrance fees, government fees and taxes.
- Porters for the climb.
- Mountain Hardwear Trango 4 Tents for sleeping (2 per tent).
- All meals in a private mess tent.
- Chemical toilets during the climb.
- Hot Shower Tent during the climb.
- Luxury chairs.
- 2” foam mattress’
- Hot water bottles.
- Charging stations and telecom access during the climb (emergencies only).

TIPPING:
While tips are greatly appreciated and entirely at the clients’ discretion, they are typically handed to the Head Guide. Subsequently, he will distribute them among the team.
However, if you prefer, you can directly approach any member of the team after the climb, such as the chef, personal porter, or sanitation manager, and personally hand them their tip. For guidance, we suggest tipping a minimum of $300 US per climber for a 7-Day climb and, similarly, a minimum of $400 US for our more extensive 9-Day climbs.
HOTEL UPGRDADE (OPTIONAL):
The hotel that is included in both our Standard and All-Inclusive Package is Kibo Palace Hotel in Arusha. We also have an optional “hotel upgrade” available for any climbers who wish to stay at Gran Melia Arusha.
Single climbers or climbers who wish to have their own pre/post hotel room as well as their own tent on the mountain have a $ 300 US single supplement fee to pay. If a single occupancy request wishes to upgrade their hotel from Kibo Palace Hotel to Gran Melia Arusha they must pay an additional $ 600 US.
Double occupancy climbers who wish to upgrade from Kibo Palace Hotel to Gran Melia Arusha must pay an additional $ 400 US per person.
Please let us know if you wish to have this hotel upgrade.
