The guides Ephata and Loma are as good as it gets. They were so knowledgeable about the ecology, geology and climbing history – we leaned so much. They can answer any question you will come up with – they seriously know EVERYTHING about Kili. They have climbed the mountain 100s of times and will take you to the most secluded and awesome camps. They keep a close eye on your physical and mental condition and are well prepared for any scenario. We will never forget Ephata and Loma.
The northern circuit route was amazing and remote. We enjoyed the mountain to ourselves most days and the acclimatization is ideal on this route. If you have climbing experience, take the Western Breach. Kiliwarriors is the only company who guides it and it looks like a fun scramble.
